I’m the founder of Country Allure, a multi-award-winning Australian brand I built from the ground up while working full-time. I walked away from a six-figure corporate career to back myself and within 12 months scaled the business to seven figures in revenue.

I’ve navigated rapid growth, team expansion, cash-flow pressure, public visibility, and the emotional weight of leadership. I’ve also lived the other side, downsizing, rebuilding, and leading through seasons that required resilience, self-trust, and strategic clarity.

Along the way, I’ve been recognised with multiple business awards, including Young Business Leader of the Year, Retail Business of the Year, People’s Choice, Emerging Business, and Hall of Fame honours. But the accomplishment I’m most proud of isn’t the titles. It’s the self-belief I built when things were uncertain.

Today, through The Confident CEO, I combine real-world business strategy with deep mindset and identity work, helping women lead themselves first because confident leadership is what sustains growth long-term.
